Before you choose your rack
How many tiers are included?
Each standard ML rack comes with four adjustable metal shelf levels. Choose 1830mm, 2100mm or 2400mm height to suit your space.
Are metal shelving decks included?
Yes. Every standard ML rack set includes metal shelving decks across all four adjustable tiers. They are included in the listed rack price, along with delivery and installation, subject to access confirmation.
Does “no center pole” apply to every rack?
It refers to the obstructing upright at a connected L-shape corner. A seamless attachment costs $30 per corner, in addition to the rack sets. U-shapes can use two attachments, subject to layout suitability.
How much weight can the shelves hold?
Up to 150kg uniformly distributed load (UDL) per tier without the center pole, or up to 250kg UDL per tier with the center pole. Spread items evenly; these are not point-load ratings. Tell us about unusually heavy items before ordering.
Which colours and sizes are available?
Black and white powder-coated steel. Depths: 400 or 500mm. Lengths: 900, 1000, 1200 or 1500mm. Heights: 1830, 2100 or 2400mm. Confirm stock for your chosen size and colour when enquiring.
Are delivery and installation included?
Yes. Please share your address and access details for scheduling and confirmation of any special-access or stair charges. Availability and installation dates are confirmed when you enquire.
How do I measure my storeroom?
Send the wall-to-wall lengths, ceiling height, door position and door swing, plus photos of pipes, skirting or other obstructions. We will check the corner overlap and installation clearance before recommending rack sizes.
What warranty is provided?
The ML series has a 3-year material warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty. Contact QH for coverage details and assistance.
